Drums that are covered under our one year warranty can be returned within these defined conditions, using the following process.
Conditions
- The return must happen within the one year warranty time period
- You must be the original purchaser of the drum and have documentation of your warranty
- Any damage caused during shipping must be reported within 10 days of when the drum arrives to allow us time to file a claim with the shipping company
Process
- If you would like to return your drum, email info@noblecooley.com with your order #, dealer that the drum was purchased through, detailed explanation of why the drum is being returned, and photos of the drum that support your claim.
- You will be given clearance to return your drum along with a case #
- You can then ship the drum to our factory at your expense
- Drums returned to the factory are inspected by our QA team within a 2-4 week time period. When the inspection is completed, you will be notified of the conclusion.
Conclusions
- If it is determined that your drum is covered under warranty and that there are flaws that occurred at our factory, you will be given a full refund on the price you paid for the drum
- If it is determined that your drum is covered under warranty but there are no flaws, you will be offered a full refund on the price you paid for the drum, minus a $100 re-stocking fee and any expenses incurred by Noble & Cooley during the return & inspection process.
